These Terms of Service govern your use of 123media and the services available through 123media.ro.

123media is a web-based platform available on 123media.ro that allows users to connect their own social media accounts, upload content, and publish or schedule posts through supported third-party integrations.

You represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that you are authorized to use and connect any third-party account you link to the platform.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

5. Authorized Social Account Connections

You may only connect accounts that you personally own or are authorized to manage. By connecting a social media account, you authorize 123media to act on your instructions within the permissions you grant.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and publish that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights associated with your content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Upload or publish content you do not have rights to use.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the platform.
• Use the service in violation of any third-party platform rules, including TikTok policies and applicable content or commercial disclosure requirements.

8. Third-Party Platform Compliance

You are responsible for complying with the policies, terms, and community rules of any third-party platforms you connect, including TikTok and other social media services.

123media is not responsible for enforcement actions, restrictions, removals, or account penalties imposed by third-party platforms.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Fees and Billing

At launch, 123media may be offered free of charge. If paid subscriptions or premium plans are introduced in the future, additional commercial terms, billing terms, and cancellation rules may apply and will be presented separately.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights in the website, software, branding, design, and service materials of 123media remain the property of SC FISKAL MANAGEMENT SRL or its licensors, except for user content.

12. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SC FISKAL MANAGEMENT SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to the use of the service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal, technical, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
